A year to start, two weeks to finish
The owners first came to our showroom a summer ago. Their mortgage refinancing was not ready, so the design waited, without pressure, until this year. When they returned we took down a wall, let the island grow with one end anchored to the wall, and answered their one request, more storage, with hidden inner drawers, a spice pull out and a lit glass display. Two colours carry the room, glossy white and matte sage green, and gold finishes the sentence: sink, faucet and every pull. Installed two weeks after the green light.
